'Blogging my way through my memories to stave off Alzheimers'

 

Over the coming months, I hope to share with you some of the most interesting and at time amusing encounters of my time in the Seafood Industry.

 

I will also try to intersperse it with a broad range of facts and de-myth some of the misunderstandings surrounding our current 'media view', of what's happening on the Global Seafood stage.

 

Unless it is appropriate I shall refer to my subject as 'seafood' which will encapsulate  Fish, Shellfish, Molluscs and Cephalopods (Squid and Cuttlefish)....thereby avoiding the dreaded 'F' word and the ubiquitous obligatory fine at my local pub The Clifden Arms.
